Meet Sierra, 200 RYT/Owner of Tru Wellness

Sierra is a 200hr RYT yogi and began teaching in 2022.. After practicing yoga for many years, she journeyed to Greece to complete her 200hour yoga training. “I like the strength and flexibility that yoga provides our body but I love the quiet and mindfulness that comes with the practice that I can throughout my day.”

Sierra teaches Yoga Fire and Slow Flow Vinyasa classes.

Meet Brittany, Barre Instructor

Brittany Rodin is our Barre Yoga Instructor. Her classes use little movements to tone and sculpt the body. Each class is uniquely designed by Brittany. She incorporates weights and pilates balls. She provides modification so any body can take her class.

Brittany teaches Barre classes Wednesday mornings at 6:15am. .
