Slow Flow
This class is emphasizes slow, controlled movements to increase strength and flexibility and promote a calm, meditative state.

Vinyasa Flow
This class is dynamic, linking yoga poses and breath in a flowing sequence to build strength, flexibility, balance and energize you for your day.

Yoga Sculpt
This class focuses on building strength and stability in the body by utilizing body weight poses and/or incorporating small weights or bands.
Barre Classes
Barre classes blend pilates and ballet in slow flow, high burn movements. These classes are designed to strengthen, tone and energize your whole body.

Sierra
200 RYT/Owner of Tru Wellness
Sierra is a 200hr RYT yogi and began teaching in 2022. After practicing yoga for many years, she journeyed to Greece to complete her 200hour yoga training.

Sierra teaches Yoga Fire and Slow Flow Vinyasa classes.
Brittany
Barre Instructor
Brittany Rodin is our Barre Yoga Instructor. Her classes use little movements to tone and sculpt the body. Each class is uniquely designed by Brittany. She incorporates weights and pilates balls. She provides modification so any body can take her class.
Brittany teaches Barre classes Wednesday mornings at 6:15am.
